• These reports seem to validate what I already knew regarding careers that fit my strengths - I mean I pretty well knew what I wanted to do before using this program and the program simply confirmed those choices, which is a good thing for me.

• When a team is made up of members who are mostly the same personalities, they will experience the world in a similar way so they will argue less but have less opportunity to complement each other. So the downside to having everyone the same is that they will not be so quick to see their blindspots but the upside is that they won't have as many personality clashes either.
